The policy noted here will only applies to online orders. For store purchase, sales are always final. No returns or exchanges unless the store gives any exemption.
- For all online orders, we begin processing the order as soon as it has been placed on the website, and we charge a 15% administrative fee to any cancelled orders.
- Cancellation request must be sent before the product has been shipped from our store.
- We will not accept any cancellation requests once the product has been shipped from our store.
- If you decide to return the product because the size did not fit your house or changed your mind about the product, you can return the product within three business days from the day it has been delivered.
- The customer will be responsible for all freight fees and 15% restocking fee. The product must be in original packaging and condition as purchased, and once returned to our store, Avanica representative will inspect the product for any damage and if no damage is found, we will process full refund to the customer.
- Any damage found during this inspection, the cost of that will be deducted from the refund value.
Warranty (Online Orders):
- We sell a high-quality solid wood product and offer a 1-year warranty. This warranty only covers defects with construction of the product.
- Please note this wood is a living and breathing wood so any natural cracks are normal. The warranty will not cover any natural changes or cracks in the wood and discoloration due to light exposure and regular wear and tear. The warranty will not cover any damage caused due to lack of care.
